Hope Loves Company Hope Loves Company (HLC) is a nationally recognized nonprofit that provides support, resources and community to children who have or had a loved one with ALS. We give children and young adult caregivers the tools they need to navigate grief, find joy, and remain hopeful. Recognizing a gap in support services for young caregivers, Jodi O'Donnell Ames founded HLC to provide critical emotional and educational resources for children and young adults.
